Design principle
Automatic reset design principle:
(1) Principle of current overload protection: The heating element inside 17AMT is matched with the bimetal plate. It can not only provide the normal operation of the equipment, but also precisely control the overheat and overcurrent trip time. When the current of the motor and transformer is too large or the blocking current exceeds the jump value set by the thermal protector, the protector can cut off the circuit instantly, so that the electrical appliances can be protected. Design range of current overload trip value: 1A~30A.
(2) Principle of temperature overload protection: The internal bimetal plate of 17AMT can accurately feel the working temperature of the electrical appliance. When the abnormal normal operation such as electrical malfunction, overload and stalling makes the surrounding temperature too high, the quick reaction of the bimetal plate of 17AMT causes the silver contact to break and the electrical appliance circuit to be protected. When the 17AMT is cooled to a safe temperature, the contact is automatically closed and reset.
