The AET200 motor protector can meet almost any protection need in applications such as small motors, small transformers and solenoids. For single-phase motors, the protector can be installed directly on the main circuit as a protector on or within the winding. Its compact shape makes it easy to install even in small Spaces. The AET200 provides overheat or overload protection for all small motors. We can provide you with low cost, high quality and high reliability solutions.
 
Design principle
The AET200 motor protector contains a metal case that supports and protects the internal components while preventing leakage and mechanical deformation. In addition, there is a calibrated metal plate with a silver contact inside the metal case. The stationary contact is placed on the other side and separated from the terminal by an insulator.
The AET200 is available in three versions: with epoxy insulation, with yellow paper insulation and with extra protection.
The AET200 works simply and effectively. The current flows through the resistance of the bimetal plate. In the event of a fault, the increased current and ambient temperature cause the bimetal disc to quickly disconnect from the contact. When the protector temperature drops to the safe operating temperature, the contact automatically closes.
